Flat-rate shipping
CenterCapFinder.com charges a flat $10.00 USPS shipping rate per order to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated separately.
Handling time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. Handling time is the time required to verify, pick, pack, and label an order; it is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates
USPS transit times begin after the package is accepted by the carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holidays, address issues, and carrier disruptions can cause delays outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Shipping addresses
Please review the full shipping address before placing your order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us immediately at support@centercapfinder.com. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters processing. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Multiple packages
An order may be shipped in more than one package or from more than one inventory location. When that occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided. The standard flat-rate shipping charge does not increase solely because we split an order.
Lost, marked-delivered, or damaged packages
If tracking stops updating, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the shipment arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. For damage, keep the merchandise and all packaging and send clear photos within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier and explain the available replacement or refund options.
